I have lived at Wrenstone for a few years and the experience has been poor. The property has not been maintained to my standard - dog poop in hallways, in mailrooms, in front of the door is unacceptable. Rules are poorly enforced and it seems as though residents can do what they want as long as they provide rent. Dogs bark incessantly keeping me up. Simple requests go ignored. The construction was poorly done, so I have to deal with things falling apart, paper thin paint on walls that stain with... water. Just an annoying experience.
