Safe, Clean Apartment Complex

When I moved to Nashville, I was looking for a safe place to live that was near the highway and other restaurants. I was looking for an apartment that had a caring staff and great amenities. And I am so happy that I found the District At 7 Springs. It was a wonderful place to call home for two years before I moved out to move into my first home. Could not recommend this apartment complex enough for someone looking for a safe community that is still close to downtown and midtown Nashville,... Tennessee!

I love this place!

I love this place because they’re truly dog-friendly and don’t discriminate based on breed. We were rejected by several apartments without any proper assessment, simply because we have a rescued pitbull. District by Seven Springs welcomed us without judgment, and that meant a lot.

I also think it’s unfair to blame all the pet waste on the grass solely on District residents. Avalon tenants walk through the same areas, and not everyone picks up after their dogs. It shouldn’t fall entirely on... District’s community.

Yes, there were a few challenges in the unit from time to time, but the maintenance team always did their best to address issues quickly and professionally. Their effort and responsiveness really made a difference.

Overall, District by Seven Springs was a great place to live, especially for pet owners who want a fair and welcoming environment.

District apartment

District apartments is a good and comfortable place to stay, they have parties and food and kind workers. Also they give gifts at these parties for the people who live here. All in all district is a good place to stay for an apartment.
