The good. Great location, good interiors. The management has changed a couple of times in the past two years and is consistently negligent, disingenuous and hard to reach.

Midtown Place Apartments - what a gem. The apartment manager is friendly and quick to respond. The apartment itself is clean, up to date, and spacious. Parking, the exterior, and the neighborhood is easy to navigate and modern. Finally, the location is the greatest feature. Near all of Nashville is within walking distance yet is nestled in a very peaceful area of midtown.
