So far , I honestly can not tell you much about my actual apartment even so I scored the place rating 4, bc I am still finding little stuff I am correcting them myself, for example
I cleaned my patio, hammered down nails sticking out from carpet between doorways, dealing with air in plumbing pipes, the stairway floor is very dirty some kind grease on floor and I am still trying to figure out where to my garage but this one it is not hard to find, lol
All together I am happy to be part of our... community!

The only issue I have so far is the double parking. The parking spaces appear smaller than usual but I’m noticing daily that people aren’t parking carefully

I moved in two months ago and so far things have gone smoothly.
The apartment was clean upon arrival, and the move-in process was straightforward.
I’m still settling in, but I’m looking forward to seeing how things go over time at The Anderson!

Katie has been nothing but amazing and accommodating. She is super friendly and willing to help any way she can!
As for my apartment I am absolutely in love with it and everyone I have shown my apartment has said the same thing that it’s beautiful!

We love it here! The community is quiet, and we have everything we need. Maintenance is very quick to respond! The front office is always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful during the moving in process! Cannot recommend it more.
