1. Property managers lie to you about maintenance. Had mine repeatedly tell me my AC was fixed and it wasn't, tried to tell me the problem was normal (the AC taking 8 hours to go down 7 degrees) when it wasn't. I am no week 2 of this issue
2. They tack on a service 'fee' to your rent payments and give you NO option to avoid the fee.
3. Lots of noise living here--some sort of manufacturer and race track across the road and drag strip a bit further provide a LOT of noise on the evenings and… weekends. Highway noise the rest of the time.

The problem is not the new management, it's the organization that controls them. Check the reviews on search engines, social media and job sites. Once you dig through the fake 5 star reviews AFI posts for themselves, you'll see the real reviews and find out how they really treat clients, tenants and employees. Its sad that the new crew didn't do their research before accepting the job. New management is not good. Maintenance rude and take forever to fix something. Took 4 weeks to fix a leak behind the wall. Not very experienced I guess. Rent went up too much and some of the new crew are kind of sketchy acting. Won't be staying much longer like a lot of people around here.
