Unfulfilled work orders. Pool rarely open during any season. Trash everywhere. Roaches everywhere. They will fix drywall with tape and paint. Constantly bought and sold by different companies. Management does not help in any way. They will tow your car with no notice or warning or even clear instruction. They will only call you back to bully you into taking down your google review. Cooperate only has an answering service and no one from AFI will contact you back. They had the current managers… call me and raise their voice at me for calling cooperate. The only work order looked at in the past year was a mold issue from a crack in the exterior of the building that came through to my apt. They bleached it and painted it. This is not an appropriate fix for an approx. 4ft by 4ft area of mold. I am breaking my lease to leave here and am currently researching how to file a class action lawsuit. Read More

Very nice apartments. I can definitely tell it is under new ownership. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartments that I live in are infested with bugs and bed bugs. Although they send someone out every 6 months, it doesn’t help. I can’t wait to move and I will not be taking my furniture.

Get everything in writing. Unprofessional staff. Water ran all the time my bill went from 60 to over 100. No one cared. Electrical outlit smoked. Sink water shut off valve did not work. Apartment above me flooded, and I had mold growing on the walls, prior to the office repairing my apartment. Horrible roach infestation. Kids play in parkinglot unsupervised. They dented the hood of my car. My car was broken into. Great price, but there is a reason why.
