Poor management

Management will not work with you if you break the lease due to leaving the job or other circumstances. I was there a couple of months and had to leave due to work related issues. They still charged me two full months rent (even though the apartment was empty) AND a $2,600 fine for breaking the lease. This is even after I let then know 2 months in advance I had to leave. Now I have a debt collector contacting me to pay the $2,600 for a fine they set up. The contract did not specify how much the… fine would be and there was no concern from management to work with me on a plan or a discount. Management did not care to work with my sitation.

Clean, Cozy, Kid friendly

Summertrees has been awesome! I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now and I am very pleased. The school district is amazing, the kids play outside from sun up to sun down, and the people and staff are very friendly. When you have an issue with anything it is handled swiftly and professionally, thanks to the wonderful team of staff here!

Awesome apartments

I am a current resident of summertree apartments and I’ve always loved living here. The in-unit washer and dryer is my favorite. Whenever we need a repair, they always handle it. They even opened up a new gym and it’s awesome. Neighbors are so nice and the environment all around is peaceful and quiet.

Good apartment complex

Very good complex. Has a bit of communication complications with management at first, but it was resolved well. Very close to the gates making it easy for soldiers and their family. That is probably the number one reason we Summertrees.

Excellent

This apartment complex is clean, friendly and not far from fort Campbell if your a soldier. The staff are friendly and always help you with whatever you need.
