Forget about it
I lived here 5 1/2 years. I chose it based on price, what a mistake. Forced cable, very high utilities (averaged over $250.00/mo for 1BR apt), very limited parking, few amenities, antiquated HVAC and plumbing (1986), troublesome neighbors....and the new office staff need to have their attitudes adjusted. If you're expecting your deposit back, you'll be disappointed. They'll make up an excuse to keep it. They're not kid friendly either. Keep looking, and live better somewhere else....anywhere... else.

Best living in Clinton!!!
My family lived at Carriage Trace for several years. This is not only a safe, clean, friendly apartment community, it has the most amazing staff I have ever dealt with. I have lived in many apartment communities and this is by far the best living experience I have yet to encounter. Love everything about it!
