Overall, the pricing here is reasonable for the area, and the property has a nice, homey feel. The outside has always been well kept and makes it feel welcoming when you come home.

During my two years living here, I did deal with a couple of maintenance issues, including flooding and AC problems, which was frustrating at times. That said, it seemed more like an unfortunate coincidence, as both systems were older and ended up needing replacement during my time here. From what I’ve seen, many… units have already been updated, so I don’t think this would be an issue for new residents.

I do want to note that the maintenance team has consistently been responsive and professional when addressing concerns. There has been a clear level of care and follow-through in making sure issues were actually resolved rather than temporarily fixed / pushed off. Communication has been solid, and I’ve appreciated the effort put into doing things the right way. Damien, in particular, has stood out as someone who goes the extra mile and brings a positive, helpful attitude to his work. It’s something that really stands out, especially in roles where people are representing a company day to day. I really do think that both the management and maintenance team here are wonderful, which makes a big difference since well this has been my home for two years. 

As I am getting ready to move due to a job opportunity in a couple months, I wanted to acknowledge that I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and have appreciated how the staff treats residents with respect and follows through. Read More
