I'm concerned that it seems there is no property agent in the office. The aesthetics of the property have declined despite their efforts to fix things up. Trash is constantly piled outside the compactor area. Parking has become an issue again and maintenance orders are being combined and closed out without the work being fully completed.

Love my apartment! Super cute!! Open concept and large walk in closets. Love the island too!!! Great location, I'm the middle if everything! Just 10 minutes to downtown Nashville.

Gated community where the gates rarely work. Many of the exterior building lights also do not work. Furniture often piled up next to the dumpster. Very little guest parking, and no guest parking near the individual buildings. And pet waste often found in the greenways.
