I've had a great experience living here! The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is always responsive and friendly, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The neighbors are respectful, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Loving everything so far! Front office staff has been extremely helpful, love the floor plan and size of our unit. Super convenient to get to the train station and places in town.

Hopefully it will get better. Community has amenities - some things hard to use (small kids in the gym area at times), heated pool isnt heated and trash is not consistently picked up though we are mandated to pay for trash valet

The location is convenient. It is pretty very loud outside in the morning (people taking very loudly or yelling at their kids) and after 6pm at night and on weekends in evening. There are problems with parking

The community is beautiful, accessible, and responsive. Just make sure you do not park in a tow away zone. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great!
