Home Sweet Home

I have lived here for 12 years because the location for all the surrounding schools is amazing for a single mom that needs close amenities and affordability! Quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to all the festivities in downtown Franklin, schools, and grocery store. I feel safe and secure living here with my kids. It has been through many owner changes and these new gals in the office are starting to make it feel like home sweet home and a community again like it used to be years ago.

Safe and Peaceful Community

I’ve been a resident for a few years and it’s a very peaceful and safe community; any inquires or maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The location is a notable highlight as it’s convenient to downtown’s local shops, restaurants and entertainment options.

It feels like home

I have lived here for almost 7 years and I have to say this new management is the best by far!!! They throw fun events for the Tennant's and are welcoming... They are amazing with the kids that live here!!! Jason and Delia have been a wonderful asset and have done an amazing job remodeling the apartments. Jason even offered to work out with me even though I have not taken him up on his offer yet.

The Whitney ROCKS!

WoW! I looked all over Franklin and visited a half-dozen complexes and was relatively unimpressed. Then I met Jason at the Whitney! He took such good care of us, and the place is so cozy, we were sold. The place has an awesome little pool, a large, flat grassy field surrounded by trees (picnics!), and a nice little fitness center. There's even a trash removal service. What else do you need?! We're really looking forward to making the Whitney our new home. Thanks, Jason--you rock!!!

Renovations and New Management

I just moved in over at The Whitney and honestly... I got waaayy more then what I expected to get for the price I am paying. I have amazing new counter tops and appliances and they did a great job updated everything. I cant compare the new management to the old since I wasn't here, but I will say I am very impressed with the staff. Jason is so friendly and always helps me with everything I need. The maintenance team is very quick and responds promptly to fix any issues I have. Overall, I am… paying a great price for a quality place to live. Not to mention I now live a mile from the downtown square! I LOVE my new home and would definitely recommend The Whitney for your new home!
