Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - they made the touring and move in process less stressful and more enjoyable. The apartments are very nice and still plenty of vacancies. The area is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is super fast and friendly.

Cheryl has been awesome. Was pretty disappointed because they did not clean the apartment very well. There are paint specs all over my countertop and floors. Not very much attention to detail. When I brought it to her attention, she immediately came over and cleaned the stove and swept when she didn’t have to. I appreciated that.

Banner at Westfield is a great community. I feel safe and my neighbors are great. The staff in the leasing office have always been very helpful when needed.

Maintenance and staff are very helpful. The campus is very clean and orderly. Easy commute to and from downtown. Parking is very well organized and its always easy to find a spot
