Cheap and rude

This is the cheapest place in Germantown for a reason- because you can see it. The people that live here let their pets cry all night and pee and poop in the halls and balconies. Don’t complain about it or else you’ll be threatened with a legal letter. There are large cracks and holes in the walls and ceilings. The floors are peeling because they are cheap. The building is paper thin. You can hear your neighbors sneezing. If your neighbor pays more in rent than you, the office staff will take... their side in an argument. Do not move here.

Always quick to respond before and after service. I travel a lot so I generally schedule maintenance for when Im going to be away from the apartment. The maintenance staff is excellent and trusted.
