Amazing staff & great overall experience!

I have been living at Waterford Landing Apartments for about a year now and I love it! Cindy in the front office is AMAZING and has been incredibly helpful and caring with everything. She will make sure you get the perfect apartment. I 100% recommend living here, because they care about your needs and questions. Maintenance is top-notch, as well. They will be at your door the next day every time. The community is also really kind here. My cat went missing in January, and so many people from the… apartment complex came together to help me find him. Cindy and the maintenance staff were super helpful/caring as well. They even made me a little outdoor bed for my missing cat. I’m very happy to be signing another lease here!

We have great neighbors. We look out for each other. Noise is kept to a minimum. The parking leaves a lot to be desired. Maintenance is top notch.

Mrs. Sunday is awesome ??. Never thought I would ever live in an community as this one. I'm so grateful and thankful ????. Was denied for a 2bed 2bath 999$ a month but turn right around and was approved for Waterford Landing Apartments. Yahweh is great.
