Axis on Roan

I've been here for almost a year now and have had a really positive experience. The community is well-maintained, and I feel safe walking my dog around the property at night. Only minor complaint is that the gym equipment could use some updates, but honestly it's not a dealbreaker. The pool area is nice in the summer and it's close enough to the Tweetsie Trail for weekend bike rides.

Honestly one of the better apartment complexes I've lived in around Johnson City. Units are clean, neighbors are respectful, and the rent is fair for what you get. Management has always been straight forward with me about lease terms and any questions I've had.

Been living here for about 6 months and overall pretty happy. Location on Roan Street is convenient for getting to downtown JC and the med center. Only complaint is the pool area could use some updating but everything else is solid.

Great place to live if you're a student at ETSU! Short commute and the apartment is quiet enough to study.

The staff here really goes above and beyond. I locked myself out late one night and they were so helpful getting me back in without any attitude.
