everything has been great

Just moved in last month and so far everything has been great! The location on Roan Street is super convenient for getting to downtown Johnson City and ETSU campus. Maintenance team came out same day when I had an issue with my AC unit which was really appreciated.

Nice apartments

Nice apartments overall but parking can be tight when everyone's home in the evenings. The amenities are solid though and my unit stays pretty quiet even with neighbors above me. Would definitely recommend checking it out if your looking in the area.

Great place

Great place to live while attending East Tennessee State! The commute is literally 5 minutes and I love having my own washer/dryer in the unit. Staff has been awesome every time I've stopped by the office.

I've been here for almost a year now and have had a really positive experience

I've been here for almost a year now and have had a really positive experience. The community is well-maintained, and I feel safe walking my dog around the property at night. Only minor complaint is that the gym equipment could use some updates, but honestly it's not a dealbreaker. The pool area is nice in the summer and it's close enough to the Tweetsie Trail for weekend bike rides.
