Love it here overall

Love it here overall but the walls could be thicker - can sometimes hear my neighbors TV. That said, management is super responsive and the location cant be beat for getting around town quickly.

Apartment finishes are nicer than expected for the price point.

My roommate and I moved in this spring after looking at probably a dozen places around Johnson City and the Tri-Cities area

My roommate and I moved in this spring after looking at probably a dozen places around Johnson City and the Tri-Cities area. What sold us was the natural light in the units and the fact that utilities have been lower than we budgeted for. Only thing I'd change is maybe more guest parking spots on weekends but we make it work. The proximity to everything on North Roan and the Mall has been clutch too.

Don't live here

Management is almost impossible to reach , and cops patrol the community frequently. Mail also consistently disappears with no trace.
