My roommate and I moved in this spring after looking at probably a dozen places around Johnson City and the Tri-Cities area. What sold us was the natural light in the units and the fact that utilities have been lower than we budgeted for. Only thing I'd change is maybe more guest parking spots on weekends but we make it work. The proximity to everything on North Roan and the Mall has been clutch too.

Don't live here
Management is almost impossible to reach , and cops patrol the community frequently. Mail also consistently disappears with no trace.

helpful since day one.
If your looking for affordable but still quality housing near the medical district this is it. Moved here for a job at the hospital and my commute is like 10 minutes. Staff has been nothing but helpful since day one.

Very Nice Apartments!
The owner has really put a lot of work into the updates at the property. I love the style and design in the apartments. The manager is always so nice and quick to address all of my needs. If you are looking for a new apartment, check out Park Place!
