Been here almost a year and plan to renew my lease.

The rent is fair for what you get and I appreciate that they dont nickel and dime you with a bunch of random fees like some other places do. Been here almost a year and plan to renew my lease.

Really happy with Blue Ridge so far

Really happy with Blue Ridge so far. Location is clutch for getting to campus or downtown Johnson City. Had my dishwasher act up last month and maintanence came same day to fix it which was awesome.

Nice apartments in a good part of town

Nice apartments in a good part of town. We've enjoyed being close to everything without the noise you get closer to the university. The units are a decent size and we've never had any major problems with anything breaking down.

Easy to get to the mall, restaurants, grocery stores, literally everything

Love the convenience of this location on Plymouth Road! Easy to get to the mall, restaurants, grocery stores, literally everything. After visiting Hands On museum with my nephew we were home in five minutes. Staff has always been pleasant when I stop by the office.

Experience lol

Been renting here for a few months now and so far so good. The apartment was ready on time when we moved in and everything worked. No drama with management which is refreshing after our last landlord experience lol.
