overall good experience

Been here almost a year. Neighbors are respectful and quiet for the most part. Maintenance fixed our dishwasher issue same day we reported it which was impressive. Great spot if you want easy access to I-81 without being right on top of the highway noise.

great landing spot

My wife and I moved here from out of state for work and Blue Ridge has been a great landing spot. The staff made the move-in process really easy and answered all our questions about the area. We've enjoyed exploring the farmers market downtown and hiking at Winged Deer Park on weekends. The apartment itself is exactly what we needed - clean, functional, and affordable. No regrets with our choice!

The apartments are nice

The apartments are nice and management does their job. Can't really complain about anything. Parking spots are a decent size too which is nice when you've got a bigger vehicle.

Honestly, having a parking lot that doesn't force you to play a high-stakes game of Operation every time you park a bigger vehicle is an underrated luxury. There is nothing worse than tight spaces when you're just trying to get home.

It sounds like... you hit the trifecta of apartment living: solid management, prompt maintenance, and actually practical amenities.

one of the better apartment complexes in Johnson City

Honestly one of the better apartment complexes in Johnson City. My unit stays cool in summer and warm during those cold East Tennessee winters. Management doesn't bug you but they're there when you need them which is the perfect balance.

Great place to live!

We moved here from out of state and the staff made the whole process really easy. The apartments are updated and clean, plus the area feels safe. Only thing is the laundry facilities can get busy on weekends but thats pretty normal for any apartment complex.
