Very cozy and love the amenities, my only complaint is that other residents aren't very respectful of the property rules and regulations which in turn, affects the people that abide by them.

Forest Ridge has been good so far, we have enjoyed the quiet area and the office staff are great. We love being able to have everything so close to us as well. The mail, pools, trash, dog park, play ground. The list goes on… :)

Still several issues with the dumpster as well as the landscaping. Seems that several areas were still skipped over and have not seen them back. The bushes are very over grown in the area and is causing a bug problem

Love the size of the apartments, the location and pools. Office staff is friendly, other than the community director. She is very rude and strict and not personable. The biggest issue we have had here are the residents. Lots of fights and drama.

Love the place, office is always very friendly and helps with anything we need help with. The pools are a great plus as my children love them and it’s so convenient. Also love the playground!
