The apartments are very cozy and comforting and the staff are very nice. Forest ridge makes an effort to bring everyone together with food trucks and resident events which is really cool!

Clean and quiet. Maintenance is prompt and quick when they come. Garbage gets out of hand occasionally due to residents, but it is never too long before it is cleaned up.

I’m happy with the community that Forest ridge is cultivating for their residents. I’ve noticed blackberry bushes around the property which my son loves to pick! The food trucks are an excellent touch and I’m hoping that the volleyball court will be re-sanded so we can enjoy that as well this summer.
Again- the only thing is the dumpster situation. It’s overflowing and smells bad often-however- as far as I’m aware, the office is working hard to secure a reliable schedule for trash pickup....

Enjoying the peace and comfort. Happy that a minor shelf repair was completed quickly. I have started on the treadmill in the gym to increase my stamina and hopefully lose some weight.
