Terrace 4 Resident - College Student

Highland communities staff is great and always very friendly. Good website site and App to use for communication with the staff. Location of the apartment (Terrace 4) is on the far end of the Fort area but walking distance to the UTK campus or bus for students. As most places we have had random issues over the last two years, but everyone has been resolved in a timely manner with professionalism. If you are looking for a place for a student or little quieter from the strip in Knox you should... consider Highland Communities.

Great College Home away from Home

Leasing office is good at communicating with you. If you have any maintenance issues they get fixed quick.

Love it

Everyone that works here is so helpful. From maintenance to the leasing agents, I know they will ensure things are done right! They have a great play area for my dog as well as maintained grass areas with great lighting for late night trips outside!

Just simple

Good place to live especially if you’re in a single, however the laundry situation is not the greatest. Apartment came very clean and redone when I first moved in which was nice, however something like the AC and heaters are a bit outdated as well as bathroom appliances. New oven and dishwasher were installed which was super useful. The location is great as well for someone who doesn’t want to travel across campus! Very great for someone who isn’t looking to pay an expensive rent and lives... pretty simple!
