Just moved into a new studio apartment here. The unit is an entirely different layout than I was shown when I signed my lease, and the toilet keeps cycling, despite them saying they fixed it.

Nice one. Just need more improvements.. the quality of housing is not so good...The greatest thing is it is just few minutes away from the University.

Decent experience overall. Great location near UT campus and responsive, professional staff. However, the 1-bed unit feels small for the rent. Floors squeak, blinds lack privacy, and poor insulation drives up KUB bills; mine hit $150 in winter. Water bills are high too, since usage is charged across the complex.
Recent policy changes are disappointing. The security deposit doubled (from one to two months), and prorated rent for mid-month move-ins has been removed. Even if you move in on the... 16th, you’re charged for the full month, and early move-in is denied due to a 2-week cleaning period. This feels unfair; you pay for time you can’t use. I had recommended this place before, but after these changes, many students I know chose other options.
