Move in went very smooth and the leasing agents were very helpful. I was taking over the lease from a past resident, however, I needed an extra month on the lease. The agents worked hard to ensure that I had a place to live until I needed to move.

I like the location, it is close to campus. Maintenance typically responds very quickly. They can improve communication, amenities, customer service, etc.

Decent place to live and affordable. My dog is welcome and I feel safe. My neighbors are quiet and respectful of the area and maintenance is quick to respond to any requests

Big fan of the apartment, love being close to campus and the strip. Also walking distance from downtown which is lovely now that the weather is good
