For the family on a budget, this would be an excellent place to live. It is located in the heart of Sequoyah Hills in Knoxville which is known to be one of the safest and more luxurious communities in town. It is within walking distance of a library, a playground, a walking trail, and Sequoyah Hills Elementary school which scores an average of 5 stars from 13 reviewers on greatschools.org. It is also surrounded by the river and Sequoyah hills park which includes a boat launch. UT Medical Center... is also less than 4 miles away, along with Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and Children's hospital if you ever find yourself in need of quality health care, there are plenty of options!

The inside of the apartments are very spacious. You have a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the average rent is less than 800 dollars to live in this complex. Property management has been decent every time i've dealt with them. The only thing I didn't like about living here is that some of the building is out of date, but the management is in the process of remodeling the apartments as I type this. Read More
