Very bad apartment

My apartment was full with cockroaches and walls had fungus..I left the apartment within 3 months...

Cheap for a Reason

The Painter Avenue Side building is infested with cockroaches. The building are old and decrepit. The AC units are old and gross. Everything about these buildings are old and nasty. Cheap rent.
