Don’t use Rand!
Worst place I’ve ever lived! Cockroaches, birds in the wall, water gets turned off randomly by apt, and nobody contacts you back. Get a box and live under a bridge. It’ll be a better option.

Never rent here!
There have been nothing but problems since I've moved in. There is cockroaches and management said it was a hoax that if they were in one apartment they were not in all.
