Renaissance I

Renaissance I, while being incredibly convenient to both UT's campus and the greater downtown area, is not in a desireable section of Fort Sanders. The homeless problem is rather annoying, not to mention incredibly unsafe. They will sit on the steps to the communities' dumpster and yell at you in the parking lot. The apartment itself is very well constructed though, and sound is not really an issue here.
