Sutherland Flats

The toilet in my 1BR was child-size. Makes no sense.
Several things were broken when I moved in (shower faucet, kitchen sink sprayer, window pane)
Insulation & HVAC must be decades old. Apartment would get cold & hot easily, & I had to run the unit constantly during winter & summer.
Oh, and cockroaches would find a way inside often.

Management does not follow their own rules. There is a no loitering rule. When I complained to the office about a person across the hall that spends HOURS standing outside her door smoking (the very definition of loitering and her reason for doing this is she has small children that she must ‘supervise’)and filling the breezeway , and MY apartment with cigarette smoke, I was told ‘two or more people are loitering’ Someone needs to get a dictionary, no where does it state how MANY people define... loitering. Also listed in the ‘features’ on THIS website it says it is ‘smoke free’. I can guarantee you that is NOT the case. Read More
