Think twice
Apartments are old. Tenants aren’t well vetted. Parking is horrible. Huge storage units sitting on parking lot. No pets, no smoking and only a handful following the rules. My neighbors smoke inside and it literally travels thru the vents into my unit. Walls and floors are thin. Hot in Summer and freezing in the winter.
