* Under 50 lbs: $300 nonrefundable pet fee + $25/month

Fees, Deposits & Utilities
Security deposits are based on credit, background, and rental history, with deposit-free options available through Obligo for qualified applicants.

20% of the security deposit will be held to cover cleaning post-move-out. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

A one-time $100 admin fee is due at move-in. A $100 utility fee will be charged monthly to cover water, electricity, and wifi.

* Net income of at least 2.5x the rent
