Trash and broken down vehicles
Trash everywhere, no manager ever, there has been 4 since I’ve lived here, then you get a manager they stay in the office & don’t answer the phone or door. Vehicles broken down and don’t move for months while others obey lease rules, drugs deals, numerous visitors parking everywhere, can’t get management to fix anything & no maintenance person to even fix anything
