Home sweet Home

where do I start! from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with warm smiles and made to feel welcomed! My son moved in and the office ladies have bern amazing! They made me feel at ease as a mom !! they really connected with us! The landscape is beautiful and my son loves the access to the park! he is super close to work as well! I will tell any outta town friends either kiddos to stop in! Heather and Ginger are amazing and made this a great new start!

The best in Midtown

I moved in 2 years ago and renewing my lease! I would not live anywhere else and refer all my friends here!!! The management is awesome! Heather and Ginger are so caring and run they the property as if they lived here!

At the Park feels like home

As a resident of three years my experience has been very good. The office employees are always helpful ( Heather and Ginger. The facilities workers (Terize and Marshall are professional. The complex is beautiful inside and out. If you are looking for an apartment @The Park is a good place.

Signed, A Happy Tenant!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The tranquility here is a breath of fresh air; it's always so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a long day.

One of my favorite features is the dog-friendly policy, which has made my fur baby feel right at home. The ample green spaces for walks and playtime are a huge plus!

The property management team deserves special mention. They are incredibly helpful and genuinely go out of… their way to ensure that residents feel comfortable and supported. Whenever I've had maintenance requests, they've been addressed promptly and efficiently, which is such a relief.

Overall, if you're looking for a serene place to live with excellent management and a welcoming environment for pets, this apartment complex is the way to go! Highly recommend!

The best

A great place to stay when you want to experience luxury and homely atmosphere. interior is superb, appliances are topnotch. Been living here for close to 3 years, i left the property for some reason, then came back again. Ginger and Heather are angels! They will work things out for you until you are satisfied. Their customer service is what we need for property managers.
