A safe and, affordable place to live.

Champion Hills off of windyke is a wonderful place to live, I have been living here for three years now and, just renewed my lease. This is the safest apartment complex to live in, no car break ins or any suspicious activity happening. With it being so close to the fedex hub and close to shopping amenities Champion hills is also very convenient. I must add in that the maintenance is on point with quick repairs and friendly attitudes, the front office associates have always been very kind and… helpful.Make champion hills you're new home today!

Best Apartments in the Area

I’ve been living at Champion Hills at Windyke for 3 years now, and it truly feels like home. Over the years, I’ve experienced so many important moments here, including having my first child, which makes this community even more special to me.
Three years later, I can honestly say that Champion Hills at Windyke has been a big part of an important chapter in my life. I’m grateful for the memories I’ve made here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!

Solid foundation

This apartment complex is nicely placed in a quiet cove and on the main street of Winchester. The office staff are nice and friendly. If you have a maintenance issue then it will be handled in a reasonable timeframe. They grounds are well maintained and it is delightful to walk around the area.
