Renters Beware!
Champions Hills have carpenter ants infestation in their apartments and they will put you in an apartment that appear to be perfect but look carefully and regularly pest control treatments do not control the issue. Renters Beware!!

Just moved in
So far so good. Just moved in this week staff seem very nice and helpful. Apartments are clean and quite.
