I LOVE IT HERE!!! So peaceful, quiet, clean, and landscaping is BEAUTIFUL. My application process was easy and smooth. Thanks to Ns. Erin and Ms. Sonya for such a beautiful smile, personality, and always professional.

I have been living at the Ellington @ Kirby around 12 years. I love it here. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and my Maintenace request are always done on time.

The manager is very rude!!!! There are roaches!!!! The maintenance man flirts with everybody and and the other maintenance man sits around and don't do nothing! They don't fix anything and if they do they nigga rig it! The utility bill goes up unconditionally due to old thermostats and the water heater. The water heater gets hot for about 10 minutes and then gets cold so you gone have a cold shower and or bath. Overrall, it's sad. Its only what you make out of it.

I can never get anyone on the phone! I have to stop by to talk to someone. And when I do talk to someone its always through the door. I know we're in a crisis with COVID and all but GEEZ!! Show some PROFESSIONAL!! I've been living in these apartments for 15 years and never been this BAD!! Its time to move!!! Out of the 15 years I can only use 2 eyes on my stove YES I have put in several & several of tickets for the same issue and still nothing been done. I had to fix my toilet myself (smh) and... the leak in the master bathroom don't get me started on that........ I can go on on with a lot of issues..

Yes - COVID-19 did create challenges for... everyone, however, our offices have re-opened and our maintenance is essentially business as usual now.
