Good Place to Live

I’ve lived here a little over a year now. My favorite thing about my unit is the amount of space. It’s hard finding spacious apartments downtown, so when I saw this one, I jumped at it. The front office staff is nice and very accommodating, and maintenance issues are usually resolved within 1-2 business days max.

Affordable and friendly

I moved in at the end of july and ive had nothing but great experiences from this apartment and leasing office. One of the tenets accidently picked up my bed frame abd the manager was nice enough to look at the cameras once we
found out who took it, they were nice enough to bring it down 3 stories. It was an honest mistake because we had both moved in at the same time and ordered bed frames we ended up laughing about it on the way back up and turns out he was my neighbor. Id say all in all it… was a pleasant experience finding people who cared enough to help me out

Fantastic Introduction to Memphis

As a new transplant to Memphis, Christa and the team at Downtown Memphis Flats made moving into my new unit a pleasure. They were among the only rental groups willing to offer a virtual tour of the unit over Facetime, plus they helped me navigate a small logistical problem with the moving company I employed. The unit was in excellent condition when I moved in and I've appreciated its close proximity to most of Downtown Memphis's amenities. I can't recommend renting with Christa and her… associates enough!

such a nice spot to live & great location to alot places

i love living here any problem ive had they handled it with in a day or 2 the only downside is no pool but rent is a good price nice neighbors & friendly staff !

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

I can’t say enough good things about living here! From day one, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The front office team is truly outstanding—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, it’s been handled promptly and professionally.

The apartment itself is beautiful, and the community is peaceful and well-maintained. But what really makes it special is the people. My neighbors are… some of the friendliest I’ve ever had—everyone is kind, respectful, and it genuinely feels like a safe, connected neighborhood.

This place checks all the boxes for me. I feel so blessed to have found it. Truly, this is the apartment I dreamed of—and I’m so glad I get to call it home!
