This place is truly commendable; it offers a peaceful environment and friendly residents. The management team excels in their responsiveness and ensures that tasks are completed promptly. South Junction apartments is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for 4 years. The location is walkable to downtown but far enough away that it’s not too loud from Main Street activities. The front office is really responsive and maintenance is prompt and does great work!!!! Parking inside the gates is easy and there are always spaces. Highly recommend!

Living at South Junction has been an amazing experience from day one. As a gated community, it offers a true sense of safety and privacy that makes coming home feel peaceful and secure.
One of the highlights for me is the swimming pool — it’s always clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax or cool off after a long day. Right beside it is a grill area, which is ideal for hosting friends or enjoying a casual outdoor meal. It gives the whole community a resort-like feel!
The workout... room is another favorite of mine. It’s fully stocked with everything I need, and it’s never too crowded. I love being able to stay on top of my fitness goals without having to drive to a gym.
Even practical things are thoughtfully managed here — the garbage dumpster area is clean, organized, and easy to access. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the property in top shape.
Overall, South Junction offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and quiet. It’s a peaceful place to live with great amenities and a strong sense of community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and secure place to call home!

I haven’t had any problems other than the ice machine did not work when I first moved in, but that was quickly resolved. The space is just enough for me. I’ve lived at South Junction for 2 years so far. The experience has been good. The gym and pool facilities are a nice touch. I love how close these apartments are to the downtown area , but also Midtown. It’s close, but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Options to shop for household needs and food are also close. The train gets a little... loud, but I tune it out now. The gates sometime malfunction, but that was an issue at an apartment I lived at in another state as well. They are good about getting security at the gate during big events downtown or when the gate malfunctions. I have also seen MPD patrol the lots as well.
