Don’t do it

The pictures you see are not what you get and they don’t allow you to see the apartments before you put a deposit down saying they don’t have a available demo apartments red flag there

Great for the price!

I love the Metropolitan Apartments location. It is close to downtown and the river. The apartments are new and cheap compared to anything else we looked at. I like that they have a security guard who rides around. And I love that it is gated! My only complaint is with maintenance. It takes forever for them to fix things when you call! I fear having a big issue, because of how long it takes.
