Amazing Experience

Usually I don’t leave reviews, but seeing the only other one here is a 2-star with comments with absolutely no semblance to my experience compelled me to break that habit. I’ve spent 2.5 years in the Hanover unit and if I were staying in Tennessee, it would be longer.

I’ll start with what another review discussed for balance. While there is no pantry, my plan’s kitchen has so many large cabinets that I use half of the bottom ones for storage for those Costco hauls of TP and paper towels.

I… purposely chose a floorplan that had a large island and an office/den, rather than any dining room. That said, my living room has both a massive couch, and a loveseat. I think that person must have not asked for a video call walkthrough with staff, because they are the nicest ever, and would’ve gladly helped out. They would’ve quickly realized the ADA designed floorplan (they do have some that are specific for that) was not the one for them had they seen it which it says they did it all online.

Because I never believe a review that’s all sunshine and roses. Bathroom storage in MY floorplan is tight when you consider bulky towels, it’s not in other plans though. Additionally, my dryer has devoured drawstrings from multiple pairs of gym shorts. But seriously… you could not ask for nicer or more responsive staff.

Nice neighborhood but very poor design

This apartment is located in a nice part of the city, close to many shopping centers and restaurants, and has a nice outdoor area.
However, this place is the worst apartment experience ever!
They essentially misled us, since they did not tell us the place was designed for those with disabilities which was really unfair.
The cabinets are too small, like a doll house! There is no pantry! There is not enough space in the living room for a couch or sofa, much less a dining table!
It is strange… because the washer and dryer are basically in the middle of the house without any door; instead, the guest bathroom is three times the size of the master bathroom with only a tiny cabinet without a door!
I got this place online, and the pictures represented to us were completely different from what we got, renting this place is one of the biggest regrets of my life, we have to wait until our contract ends, but I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for anyone else, until you see the unit with your own eyes!
