It costs $200 to apply to this building, which I did for my son. that's around $300 Canadian which is wild for a rental application but we liked the apartment so we only did the one application. They say they will turn around the application in 48 hours. I kept calling and emailing and they would just say they needed more information. 3 weeks later they have so much of my personal information, pay stubs, tax returns, SIN and they never did process the application. We had to go find another... (great) place - which was a $50 application and they had us in within days. I asked 445 Park Commons to refund the $200 USD as they never processed the application and my son had another apartment, they offered to process the application and never responded to my request for the money refunded. I recently toured this apartment community and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Skye, with the leasing staff, was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed. I was especially impressed with the modern finishes, storage space, and the amenities the community has to offer. It... was clear that the property is well cared for and that resident comfort is a priority.
