Atrium Flats was an absolute nightmare for me. Upon moving in, I felt it really had potential, but as time went on, things got bad. Really bad. Not to mention, scary. Nighttime was the worst. The manager was nice enough in the beginning, UNTIL I gave my notice to vacate. Fortunately, I only signed a 3 month contract and was able to stay somewhere else until I could officially move out. I never received my deposit back. I highly recommend anyone considering Atrium Flats to do their research. I... wish I would have. I don’t typically leave bad reviews. If ever. But, if I can help others avoid what I went through, I will. I would not recommend this place to my family nor friends.
