Lack of Accountability/ Action
People are not as attentive to details as they let on.
Lack of follow through consistently, lack of communication skills and customer service awareness in both demeanor, care and resolution.
Work orders get left, marked as done and ignored, constant thefts in Rothwood with residents expected to protect each other from roaming thieves and drug dealers hanging around the pool weekly.
