They so fun things for the community the office staffs are very great ,nice ,respectful and polite and they comes right out when needed but the bills from them are ridiculous but other then that it's quite and nice place to stay.

Lincoya Bay has become such my home. I can’t believe it’s been 3 years that I’ve been here. Everything and everyone is a blessing. Great office staff and a superb maintenance staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
