These apartments are infested with cockroaches; they crawl all over you while you sleep. I stayed for a month, and even though they charged me an exorbitant amount for water and sewage, they fine you for everything, even breathing. I don't recommend them.

Do your research

Things are not like they used to be, rent keeps going up but place going downhill! Roaches, car break ins along with a tow company coming in all hours checking vehicles w flashlights and towing them and rather then the office doing things to help better the community only the rules are being reminded or enforced by $100 threat. I will no longer recommend!! Please do your research and read the reviews as they are true!!!

Front desk is very helpful and quick to respond. Grounds are nicely kept and dog park always seems to be clean. Walls to neighbors are a little thin and laundry room is dirty.

Everything is super spectacular, I love games for children, with my brothers we spent incredible afternoons. I love that the dumpsters are always empty I have no problem with it
