I've lived there nearly 3 yrs and we couldn't wait to move. The neighbor harassed us the entire time we were there. We made many complaints on him to the office and it took us moving out before they would do anything about him. When we talked to them they acknowledged that they knew he was a problem and had given him warnings but since he would stop for a bit they wouldn't do anything to him. They are charging us to break the lease because of their negligence in allowing him to harass us and... call the police 23 times in 29 months. On the bright side there are sweet people there. Not worth the hassle though!!

Maintenance never fixes anything and there are SO MANY issues with the building and appliances. It is not worth your health or sanity to live here.

I've loved living here and getting to hang out with all the cats around. Maintenance people are awesome and are always around when we need them.
