It was a very smooth process but the phone lines are busy so make sure you sign your lease a couple weeks prior and don’t leave it to last minute

Leasing Office Increased Rate After Completing Application

Management changed the rental rate after I completed the agreement and application process, despite explicitly stating that pricing was locked and that the unit could be held within their stated timeframe.

After touring, I was provided written confirmation of a specific rent amount and move-in date, including language about a 48-hour pricing lock and the ability to hold apartments for up to 45 days. Once I moved forward based on those terms, management later reversed course, increased the rent,...
and changed the allowable move-in dates, citing an internal leasing error.

This was frustrating and unprofessional, especially since the changes were not due to anything on my end. Be cautious. If this is how they treat applicants, I can't imagine how they treat tenants.
