We have lived here for 3 years now and this year it has completely gone downhill. Amenities are constantly broken with no solution in sight. Trash sits outside in the parking lot (spilled over) for days on end. The neighbors smoke weed and upstairs neighbors are extremely loud and the office doesn’t do anything about it. The butterfly by our entrance has been broken for weeks and it has not been fixed. It also always smells like sewage in the mailroom/gym area. It was seriously such a nice... complex the first two years and something has changed. We will unfortunately be moving out after this lease term and honestly I wish it was sooner. I am so tired of living here.

Everything has been awesome so far. The leasing office is so nice and the communication with residents is the best I’ve seen. If there is anything I would like to see improvements in would be the mailroom (not so organized) and maybe some more equipment for the gym. Overall I have loved living here.
