My move in experience was quite challenging. As much patience as there seemed to be at the beginning. There was an exact amount of impatience.
Moving out of state and trying to find time a new home has been a tricky situation. The email process was brutal and trying to communicate with an actual human rather than automated.
I feel the leasing staff is use to the mundane and seems like the move in process, etc is no brainer when a lot of us simply just need to be walked through and talked to... like a human. We are choosing your complex. We are providing you business. We are trying to juggle our lives as well. A little more patience, kindness and actual human communication would go a long way.
