Make this your home!

From the moment I toured The Chartwell at Marathon Village, I knew this was going to be home. As a new resident, I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

Julie, my leasing agent, was absolutely phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the leasing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She took the time to answer every question, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel welcomed from day one.

The entire... staff has been just as incredible. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly, accommodating, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. It’s clear they take pride in the community they’ve created.

The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located in Marathon Village, with easy access to everything Nashville has to offer. The amenities are outstanding, and the attention to detail throughout the community really stands out.

Moving to a new city can be overwhelming, but The Chartwell team made the transition seamless. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment community with an amazing staff that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend The Chartwell at Marathon Village. Thank you to Julie and the entire team for making me feel at home—I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

This is your sign to live here

I can’t rave enough about this apartment complex!

Every single one of the angels in the office has been beyond outstanding. They truly care about what they do and go above and beyond to make sure your move-in, settling in, and everything in between is as smooth, seamless, and stress-free as possible.

This is my first apartment in years because I’ve always gone the house route, and OMG… I’m SO glad I made the switch! From day one, they’ve made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely excited to... call this place home.

If you’re looking for your next apartment, just stop and come to Chartwell!

Great apartment

Staff is great, common areas and the unit itself were very clean. The entertainment area and pool with outdoor seating are nice. No complaints.

I love living here!

I’ve lived here for about 8 months now and I seriously have nothing but good things to say about it. Amazing location, great management, maintenance has been great and i love the amenities. The only downside would be the train, but I got used to that after probably 3 days, so it hasn’t been an issue at all!
