Very poor living experience
The gates break every other week and it takes them 3 months to repair it. There are no longer transponders to stick in your cars to access the gates, so even as a resident, you have to call yourself on the phone and let yourself into the gate every time you come home. The breezeways are extremely dirty and the grounds are not well kept. There is food, trash and chicken bones all throughout the property. You cannot access 80% of the amenities. The pet spa room is always locked, the pool is only... open for 2 months out of the year. The home office space is inaccessible with key fobs. You cannot get to your mailbox unless the office is open, which is extremely inconvenient. The only good thing is the maintenance team. They are quick to respond, and the maintenance men are very friendly.
