Looking for a picturesque retreat in the heart of Pigeon Forge? This delightful cabin is the right place, located in Sequoia Heights Resort, just one mile from... the main parkway and minutes from all the attractions. As you enter, you are greeted by an open concept where the allure of the Smoky Mountains beckons.
The cabin features two spacious bedrooms, a loft with sleeping space, and four bathrooms. Enjoy a large living area, a private indoor pool with an option to add heat, and a game room with a pool table and games. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of stay, and we kindly ask for at least a week's notice. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway in front of the cabin.
Pigeon Forge is like a scene out of a retro movie filled with adventure, entertainment, and music. The city calls upon hikers, bikers, and campers with its proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which offers over a thousand kilometers of hiking trails. You can also enjoy canoeing down the Little Pigeon Forge River or spend a night under the stars at its sprawling campgrounds. Entertainment comes in spades with an array of revues and dinner theatres, including live performances at the Grand Majestic Theater or the Country Tonite Theatre.
Self check-in and check-out are available. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of nine guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
