The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to the natural humidity and common occurrence of insects in the area. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed. Up to two cars may park in the driveway. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
