The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure.
