If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please provide at least a week's notice. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied, subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
