Relax in the living room with a 55” Smart TV, large plush sofa, and indoor fireplace, or enjoy the arcade table and open floor plan. Step outside to the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor patio, and BBQ grill for endless fun and relaxation.
Parking is available for 3 cars and includes a Level 2 Tesla Charger. Guests interested in long-term stays can inquire about availability. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, providing coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.

The driveway is steep, and an AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended, especially during winter months. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets are allowed, and no parties are permitted, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Two exterior cameras are installed to monitor the cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
