The gated Anson Park I and II communities has 16 one-bedroom, 52 two-bedroom and 76 three-bedroom units. All two-story units have carpeted and ceramic tile floors, built in microwave oven, garbage disposal, washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans... in the living room and bedrooms, large walk-in closets, two bathrooms, covered front porch, a spacious patio, and efficient heating and cooling systems. The 3000 square foot Community Center has a kitchen, computer lab with Internet access, exercise room, laundry, in-ground swimming pool, tot lot and playground, and a covered picnic area. There is also a bus stop at the community entrance. Some special units are also available for the visually, hearing, physically, or mentally impaired.
