Terrible but nice people The people are very nice I don’t know what kind of miscommunication is going on but I’ve had work orders and complained and emailed for weeks about a broken dishwasher, flooding, rats, mold concerns, and heating. The only thing that’s gotten done over the last while was when I had to threaten legal action and even then what’s been done isn’t even right. They took out my dishwasher and fixed the heating and electrical I’ll give them that, but there’s still open walls... where rats can get in all they did was place two traps, my kitchen still floods I can hardly use my kitchen and haven’t been able to use it properly for weeks, my floors been flooded 10 times and I’ve talked about mold concerns for the wood and the carpet that’s constantly damp no matter what we do but nothings been done. I know the people are very nice and are just trying to do their jobs but it’s becoming unlivable and unsafe and unhealthy for us to live here and we are counting the days for us to leave NOT because this place is too small or the price is bad or the people is bad it’s because ITS UNSAFE AND UNHEALTHY FOR US TO LIVE HERE it’s difficult to sleep it’s getting expensive to work around not being able to use the stove (due to not being able to do dishes most days not just because the dishwashers been broken/gone for a month and a half but because our sink causes floods 2-4 times a week sometimes more for the last almost 3 weeks) we are out of towels besides the two that we use for our showers because they’re damp all the time from the constant flooding and the sheer amount of water. And oh my god the rats have gotten way further in the home to where I’m constantly paranoid, it’s terrible and I will never let anyone I know rent from American communities unless there is genuinely no other option. But I would like to emphasize that the apartment managers have been sympathetic and are trying and it looks like maintenance tried there’s just been so much maintenance due to all the emergency calls I have to make for power or active flooding. Smooth! Moving is never fun or easy, but everyone here made the moving experience swift and easy. Whenever I had questions, they always responded quickly to assist in anything I needed. Glad to be here!

Fence repair They were working on it when I left to go to work and it was finished when I got home. It looks like they did a good job.

I absolutely love it there is so much more space and I enjoy everything about the apartment! Can't wait to experience more of the community
